The picturesque, cozy, independent villa, situated in the seaside tourist town of Andalusia and the Costa del Sol, Torrox Costa. Distinguishes me very good location, because at a distance of only 500 m from the shopping center and approximately 800m to the beach where there is a promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes where life is vibrant throughout the year.
Separating the houses from the street wall, a solid gate, stylized bars on the windows, give the guests accommodated large sense of security and intimacy.

Going through the gate mansion, from the first moment we know that we are in a place where you dreamed to spend their holidays. The beautiful tropical garden with terrace and pool (for us), southern vegetation, plentiful sunshine of the garden, the white Andalusian villa and intimacy make that from the first moment we feel relaxed.

The villa has
Large living room with sitting area, satellite TV, stereo and CD Radio (air-conditioning heat / cold in the living room), stylishly decorated. Large open kitchen with appliances (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and crockery, cutlery, pots, etc.)
One bedroom with double bed, double bed (140 x 190), second bedroom with two single beds ª (90 x 190).
Toilet with wash basin in the lobby exit to the terrace and complete bathroom with large shower.
The large terrace with sitting area, deck chairs, Persia hood over the seating part of the terrace. Large external grill, pool, poolside shower. Separately, the outside is also room for washing machine.

 Villa LILIANE is the one-storey building density so there is virtually no steps and stairs. This enables free mobility for the elderly or handicapped and parents with small children can feel at ease even in a rented house.
Villas may reside up to 5 persons, including children. (5th person on an extra bed). As a 6 ª a person is permissible accommodation of a child to 05 years of age. (Without extra bed). Linen and towels in the villa. Long stay guests receive additional sets of linen and towels.

During the winter season from November to March the price for renting the house four weeks is about 1000, - Euro (the price is not included zurzycie energy). It is possible to hire up to 5 - 6 months (go to a sub-site a long stay holiday.)
