Apartment situated in the western part of Nerja, on the third floor of the building, "Delfin". From the balcony of the apartment offers a panoramic view of the sea and tropical park. The building has a large garden and swimming pool open in summer.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (a window overlooking the sea), living room, satellite TV, sofa bed for 3 and 4 persons and a spacious balcony with furniture and beautiful sea views. Kitchen open to living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining room for 4 people. Washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer.
The building has 2 elevators.
Towels and linen in the apartment. Final cleaning included in price, beyond the kitchen. Kitchen must be dependent in the pure state.
